Welcome to Port Cambrils, a new construction project in Tarragona Province!

Cambrils is just a 20-minute drive from Reus Airport, as well as close to Barcelona Airport and the train station where AVE, Avlo, Iryo, Ouigo high-speed trains and Renfe commuter trains arrive. Tarragona Port and the famous PortAventura amusement Park are also located near the city. The municipality has about 9 km of sandy beaches.

The project is located in the city center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, a few steps from the beach and the port. The street on which it is located is currently being reformed into a pedestrian street.

The overall style of the apartment is characterized by continuous lines that maximize the use of available space and create interconnected spaces.

The layout of the apartment consists of an area that includes an open and functional space with natural light and a terrace. Then, passing through the living-dining room, we go to the area where there are two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, and the other has a full—fledged guest bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with a first-class kitchen, an ecological air conditioner (aerothermal) and guaranteed energy efficiency due to good insulation.

The apartment has a terrace where you can place a table with chairs, plants, etc. The terrace provides light and ventilation.

Since the building is new, the facade was made from scratch. It is made of perforated baked clay bricks 11 cm thick, lined with mineral wool and drywall on the inside of the wall. The facade is covered with a white water-repellent mortar, while other areas are finished with Naturpiedra stones, a gold model by Jbernardos.

The walls in the living rooms are made of drywall with mineral wool interior trim to create proper insulation between the rooms. The walls between the living quarters and the entrance are made of perforated brick 11 cm thick, lined on both sides with mineral wool and drywall.

Inside the house, the floors are covered with Venatto granite, imitating natural wood. The bathrooms are finished in gray and white granite with built-in showers, which creates a single unit with the floor.

All installations are new: electricity, sewerage, water supply and telecommunications.

The house has an energy-efficient aerothermal system that produces hot water for sanitary water supply, as well as hot/cold air conditioning using aerothermal ducts.
